Training Options

At Les-Stables we offer a flexible approach to training, and can offer both bespoke programs to concentrate on specific weaknesses or disciplines, or a broad based program covering a full range of training, technique development and coaching to ensure improvement for all.
Weekly programs can be developed for individual disciplines including Swimming, Biking or Running as well as Triathlon training programs, which will cover all three disciplines. Alternatively you may choose to follow your own program whilst enjoying the relaxing atmosphere at Les-Stables.
Provision is made for both individual and group bookings and be you a club, team, group of friends or just an individual who wishes to improve their performance in their chosen sport we will endeavour to exceed your expectations not just in terms of facilities and location but also in terms of your achievements.
Les-Stables is open to athletes of all levels from novice to elite and offers an extensive range of coaching with experienced and qualified staff throughout the season, as well as offering specialist weeks where the opportunity to train with past and present international triathletes, professional cyclists and former international and Olympic coaches is also offered, details of which will be published later in the year.
